Notice Period 090 Days They should be able to come for F2F Interview to any of our location ( Bangalore Pune Gurgaon) . Responsibilities:
Develop configure and implement BMC Remedy solutions across Digital Service Operations and Management. Customize BMC Remedy applications to meet specific customer requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Remedy with external systems through web services and REST APIs.
Upgrade Remedy AR Server and Remedy MidTier server with the latest patches ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
Install and configure BMC Remedy v9.x in a clustered highavailability environment.
Implement and configure Single SignOn (SSO) RSSO and LDAP plugins for Remedy.
Assist in delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support presales activities as needed.
Provide consulting services to clients addressing their Remedyrelated needs and requirements.
Be willing to work in consulting engagements including shift work oncall support and occasional travel to customer locations.
Utilize knowledge of the ARS platform for log analysis troubleshooting and resolving Remedyrelated issues.
Contribute to the setup and maintenance of disaster recovery plans for Remedy. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMC Remedy development implementation configuration and upgrades.
Strong knowledge of developing and configuring integrations with external systems through web services and REST API integration.
Handson experience in upgrading Remedy AR Server and Remedy MidTier server with the latest patches.
Proficiency in installing and configuring BMC Remedy v9.x in a clustered high availability environment.
Experience with Remedy installation and configuration in a server group environment.
Familiarity with Single SignOn (SSO) RSSO and LDAP plugins for Remedy.
Ability to develop customize and implement BMC Remedy solutions across Digital Service Operations and Management
. Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs and resolve Remedyrelated issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
Availability for consulting engagements including shift work oncall support and occasional travel to customer locations.
