We are a premier intellectual property law firm in Washington DC.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Patent Attorney to join its thriving Biology Biotechnology and Chemical patent litigation practice. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent litigation matters in the biology biotechnology chemical and pharmaceutical fields with quality domestic and foreign clients.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in biology molecular biology biochemistry organic chemistry pharmacology or a related field.

Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of Pharmaceutical Chemical or Biotech litigation PTAB and/or related patent experience and registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred.

Top academic credentials strong analytical abilities excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well on a team are required.
