Ariceum Therapeutics GmbH is a rapidly growing clinical stage oncology company focused on developing next generation radiopharmaceutical oncology products. The current product pipeline includes satoreotide, a novel potent peptide antagonist with high affinity for tumour cells expressing SST2 receptors. Satoreotide is being developed into products with complementary therapeutic and diagnostic imaging opportunities in a range of solid tumours. Ariceum Therapeutics GmbH aims to develop further therapeutic candidates to expand its radiopharmaceutical oncology pipeline. The company is headquartered in Berlin and has employees in a number of European countries, including Germany and the UK.

Tasks

• Unterst tzung der Entwicklungsprogramme des Unternehmens als Teil des Teams Translational Biology & Non-Clinical Pharmacology
• Planung, Durchf hrung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von funktionellen, pr klinischen Studien zur Charakterisierung von radiopharmazeutischen Kandidaten
• Etablierung und Optimierung von in vitro Methoden und Prozessen
• Installation und Qualifikation von Laborger ten
• bernahme der Verantwortung f r Laborger te und R umlichkeiten
• F rderung und Pflege der Zusammenarbeit im Team in einem multidisziplin ren Umfeld
• Support the development programs of the company as part of the team Translational Biology & Non-Clinical Pharmacology
• Plan, perform, evaluate, and document preclinical studies for characterization of radiopharmaceutical candidates
• Establish and optimize in vitro methods and processes
• Installation and qualification of laboratory equipment
• Assume responsibility for equipment and premises
• Develop and maintain a culture of teamwork and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment

Requirements

• Ausbildung im Life Science Bereich (z.B. MSc, BTA, MTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Biologika oder Radiopharmazeutika
• Sehr gute methodische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit zellbiologischen Assays (eukaryotische Zellkultur, Proliferationsanalysen, ELISA, Western Blot) und Durchflusszytometrie
• Erfahrung mit molekularbiologischen Methoden (Klonierung, Transfektion)
• Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten mit Radiopharmazeutika
• Ausgezeichnete organisatorische F higkeiten, Probleml sungskompetenz sowie die F higkeit im Team als auch selbst ndig zu arbeiten
• Sehr sorgf ltige, verantwortungsbewusste und kritische Arbeitsweise
• hohes Ma an Motivation sich beruflich weiterzuentwickeln
• Ausgepr gte Kommunikationsf higkeiten in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Education in Life Sciences (e.g. MSc, BTA, MTA)
• Experience in handling and working with biologics or radiopharmaceuticals
• Strong expertise in a variety of techniques of cellular biology (e.g. eukaryotic cell culture, proliferation assays, ELISA, western blot) and flow cytometry
• Experience in the field of molecular biology (cloning, transfection)
• Willing to work with radiopharmaceuticals
• Excellent organizational, team working and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pay attention to quality and detail
• High degree of motivation to learn and develop professionally
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
