Job Description:

A strong technical position to complete complex technical assignments including organic synthesis experiments design analytical tests troubleshooting process nonconformance leading change projects and implementing improvements.

Major Functions And Responsibilities Include:

Manufacturing organics intermediate reagents as part of the supply chain of invitro diagnostic reagents.
Qualifying alternate sources of raw materials and evaluating quality of existing raw materials.
Leading qualifications on equipment process and analytical tests.
Troubleshooting and continuously improving production process of organics intermediates.
Drafting and revising production worksheets and area SOPs.

Required and Preferred Education and Experience are:

A MS PhD or equivalent work experience is expected in the fields of Organic Chemistry Material Chemistry or Electrochemistry.
The candidate should have advanced knowledge on organic chemistry analytical chemistry material chemistry polymer chemistry and electrochemistry.
Must have good laboratory skills extensive handson experience and necessary computer skills.
Must know how to operate maintain and troubleshoot on analytical instruments.
Applied knowledge in Colloid Science Formulation and Ionselective electrodes (ISE) is a plus.
Relevant work experiences may include: Diagnostics method development or manufacturing process validation or quality control.
