BIM Technician

JWR Employment Specialists are working with a growing Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company in Mayo to recruit a BIM Technician.

Our client who has projects across Industrial Healthcare Commercial Residential and pharmaceutical have undergone significant growth in the last number of years and are passionate about providing the highest standards through honest hard work and commitment to quality. The role will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects across different industries with a high performing team.

Duties and responsibilities;

• Produce detailed 3D BIM Models
  
• Ensure models and drawings are in line with plans and standards
  
• Develop construction drawings and be able to extract data
  
• Conduct conformity checks on Revit models
  
• Liaise with subcontractors and design team as necessary
  
• Monitor the implementation of BIM execution plans
  
• Attend regular coordination meetings to ensure all work is on track
  

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 23 years experience in a similar role
  
• Relevant 3^rd Level qualification
  
• Strong experience using software such as Revit and AutoCAD
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Good understanding of construction
  
• Proficient in MS Office
