Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our team. As a BIM Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies. The BIM Manager will work closely with and assist the Design Project Manager(s) in developing Construction Documents.

Duties:

Develop implement and maintain BIM standards protocols and workflows

Train and support project teams in the use of BIM software and tools

Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.

Manage BIM models including clash detection coordination and resolution.

Create and maintain BIM libraries and templates

Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness

Provide technical support for BIMrelated issues.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and Virtual Design.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field with 5 years experience in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and NavisWorks.

Knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus.

Experience in creating detailed schematics and construction drawings.

Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problemsolving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
