BIM Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows to enhance project efficiency.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create and maintain BIM models for buildings, infrastructure, and HVAC projects.

Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Buildings, Tunnel, Bridge, Retaining structure, Geotechnical works, and HVAC systems within the BIM context.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM data and coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues related to buildings, infrastructure, and HVAC.

Generate 3D models, construction documents, and other BIM deliverables with expertise in buildings, infrastructure, and HVAC projects.

Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts in buildings, tunnel, bridge, retaining structure, geotechnical works, and HVAC systems to optimize project outcomes.

Possess intermediate knowledge in Building's design, re-bar concepts in Revit, and HVAC systems.

Provide training and support to team members on BIM processes and tools, with a focus on buildings, infrastructure, and HVAC projects.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in [Civil, Mechanical] or equivalent work experience.

Proven 5 - 8 years experience as a BIM Engineer in buildings, infrastructure, and HVAC projects.

Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, and 3ds Max.

Intermediate knowledge in Building's design, re-bar concepts in Revit, and HVAC systems.

Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
