Billing Executive - Automobile

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Billing Executive to join a leading twowheeler automobile. The Billing Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes maintaining financial records and providing excellent service to the customers. This position requires a strong understanding of billing procedures attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries discrepancies and provide necessary information.
• Reconcile payments with invoices and update records accordingly.
• Maintain organized and uptodate records of customer invoices payments and related documentation.
• Generate regular reports on billing activities outstanding payments and other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or any graduate.
• Freshers can also apply.
• 06 months experience in tally.
• Familiarity with billing software and systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
