Billing Associate

The Billing Associate will perform the functions outlined below:

• Initial processing and review of invoices for compliance with company standards and
  

  any specific contractual terms
  

• Address any billing discrepancies or issues that arise coordinating with relevant internal
  

  teams and clients as necessary
  

• Lead efforts in customer account collections including making initial contact to ensure
  

  invoice has received all necessary client approvals
  

• Provide prompt and accurate responses to internal project managers and respond to
  

  client inquiries regarding accounts in a timely manner
  

• Assist in the monthend financial close presenting regular billing reports and indepth
  

  analyses for management
  

• Assist with weekly time and expense entry in ERP system
  

• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable
  

• Provide management with regular updates on billing performance and outstanding
