What Youll Do:

• Be the friendly voice for our German customers answering questions and resolving inquiries via phone.

• Assist customers with using our online booking platform for accommodations.

• Troubleshoot issues and find solutions using your strong problemsolving skills.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our system.

• Uphold high standards of customer service ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

Who Were Looking For:

• Native or fluent speaker of German

• Strong English language skills (C1 level).

• High school diploma or higher education.

• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
