Position : Bid Management and Presales Executive
Education: B.Tech or equivalent (additional MBA will be preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Bid Management
Lead the bid management process from initiation to submission ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Analyse client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop the bid responses.
Maintain a repository of bidrelated documents and templates for efficient future use.
Proposal Development
Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that address client needs and showcase the organizations strengths.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and incorporate it into bid responses.
Ensure proposals are aligned with the organizations messaging and brand standards.
Presales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives during the presales phase.
Develop and maintain a repository of presales materials including presentations case studies and product/service documentation.
Assist in creating pitch decks demonstrations and other materials to support the sales process.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to provide valuable insights during the bid and presales processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA will be a plus.
34 years of experience in bid management proposal development or presales support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
