Job Title: Bid Executive
Department: Preasales & Bid Department
Position Summary:
The Bid Executive plays a critical role in the overall Bid Management function of the organization. Your role will involve managing the tendering process specially for Government portals. Below are the job responsibilities for the job roles:
Primary Responsibilities:
Bid Management:
Support the endtoend bid process for gem and other Govt. and private portals.
Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.
Ensure timely submissions.
Assist in bid activity and success rate reporting.
Market Research:
Research potential clients and industry trends.
Gathering intelligence for bids tender from tender portals.
Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs.
Proposal Development:
Contribute to compelling proposals and ensure client requirements are met.
Ensure submissions align with client requirements and regulations.
Review bid documents for accuracy.
Client Engagement:
Build client relationships and manage communications.
Interact with potential existing customers.
Experience as a Pre sales coordinator will be considered a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Tendering Tender Documentation Govt. and Non. Govt. Portals.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn bid management
Proficiency in spoken and written English is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Experience with GeM Procurement.
