In the role of BI architect, you participate as a cohesive party for needs analysis, requirements, design, architecture and strategy for BI development within project VEP. You work with everything from data modeling, standardization, tutorials and mapping. You collaborate with VGRs BI unit, work with investigations, support developers and specific assignments with a focus on data capture within project VEP.
You will also work in VGRs virtualization platform Denodo and analyze, design and implement data warehouses to ensure good performance, traceability and security. The work also includes producing standardized documentation that facilitates the management and use of delivered solutions.
You have many years of experience in BI architecture, a broad IT background and have extensive experience in analyzing complex information models and translating data into information that meets the needs of the business. It is a strong merit if you have experience of projects in the healthcare field. Experience in Agile system development is required.
The project is in an intensive phase, which is why it is of particular importance that the contractor is an experienced, self-motivated, enterprising and pragmatic person.

Essential Skills:
- Should have many years of documented experience in BI architecture.

- Should have very good experience of setting requirements for data capture in data warehouse projects.
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Should have experience in data management in the healthcare field.
- Should have experience in ETL/DW automation.
- Should have experience with other BI/DW platforms (For example Qlikview, IBM, SAP, Oracle or SAS)Should have a good understanding of methodology regarding versioning of code and services.
- Should be self-motivated, enterprising and pragmatic and used to working independently.
- Must have a good ability to communicate in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
- Should have experience with TOGAF.

- WORKING ARRANGEMENT: We deploy candidates mainly in 2 arrangements. Under Fixed Term Contract, our Back-Office Partner process payroll, maintain local Statutory Compliances and pay the candidate based on customer approved Timesheet, on a monthly basis. If you have your own VAT ID, you can apply for the role and opt to work as a Contractor, where we shall pay you agreed fee along with VAT and you shall remain responsible for the local Statutory Compliances.
