Position: BI Analyst

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize SQL for data modelling and analysis of key concepts KPIs and patterns
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server encompassing development performance tuning data analysis and integration
• Independently manage endtoend analytical projects
• Conduct comprehensive operation checks validation and generate reports for various departments
• Extract analyze and present data using Apache Superset
• Conduct bottomup research analysing conversion funnels feature impact fraud trends and evaluate new data sources
• Contribute to system enhancement by reducing false positives and improving KPIs through analytics and reporting
• Design and develop repeatable exception reporting with a focus on automation opportunities
• Lead projects with a criticalthinking approach and initiative
• Plan implement and analyze A/B tests for evaluating new product features against KPIs
• Identify opportunities for process and strategy improvement using technology solutions
• Ensure data accuracy through auditing and identification of inconsistencies
• Contribute to building and maintaining the organizations data mapping
• Take ownership of data by creating supporting running and maintaining data models reports and dashboards
• Report to VP of Operations work closely with CTO

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Math Statistics Computer Science Data Science Engineering Economics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of BI experience in a hightech finance intelligence unit or similar environment
• Prior experience in the FinTech will be considered as an advantage
• Strong technical background and experience are essential
• Demonstrated proficiency in datadriven roles using SQL with extensive datasets
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Apache Superset (preferred) Google Data Studio Looker BigQuery Power BI Tableau or similar platforms
• Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring accuracy and data quality
• Exceptional listening communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
