BI Analyst

NA is seeking a BI Analyst; This is a hybrid opportunity based in the Tampa Bay Area.

What you will be doing:

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards reports and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or other relevant tools.
• Collect process and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights.
• Develop queries conduct data cleansing and ensure data accuracy for effective analysis.
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Develop and automate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the availability and quality of data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Experience and Licensing:

• Bachelor s degree in business Statistics or related field
• 4 years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a similar analytical role
• 4 years experience using SQL required.
• 4 years experience using Power BI required.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Advanced level knowledge of data sources tools applications and business drivers
• Effective research problem solving analytical critical thinking influencing and relationship management skills necessary.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value of analytical work to key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
• Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment.
