Job description for BFSI Digital Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team in a leading digital customer experience business. This clientfacing role will play a crucial role in guiding the digital strategy and execution of humancentered transformation programs that span marketing product development cloud technologies and business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of strategies that improve business KPIs with strong communication skills the ability to be a strategic advisor to Financial Services business stakeholders and consultative approach to sales.

Job Title: Principal Director/Digital Strategist

Experience: 15 years

Education: Bachelors required Masters preferred

Location: within US (New York preferred)

  1. Desired Candidate Profile
    1. Role Expertise
  • 15 years of experience in Digital Strategy with Functional Expertise in Marketing Product Development Technology Consumer Data and Analytics.
  • Specialized in setting strategies that drive new revenue product crosssell customer loyalty and margin improvements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and product needs.
  • Develop and implement datadriven strategies to drive customer acquisition retention and engagement that align with client objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection implementation and use of marketing technologies from Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Create programs that leverage leading agile delivery methodologies (SAFe).
  • Enable our clients to execute datadriven decision making as they manage experiences across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations Marketing and IT leaders to integrate strategies across the enterprise.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the field of marketing as it pertains to Financial Services regulations and consumer privacy.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate datadriven strategies into product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Create gotomarket content tailored to Investment Banking Wealth Brokerage Retail Commercial and Payments.
  • Manage client relationships that lead to delivery excellence high satisfaction and account growth.

  1. Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading large transformation programs within a global enterprise organization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and digital product principles and practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in driving product roadmaps requirements planning and program management.
  • Proficient in dealing with multiple stakeholders clients vendor partners.
  • Experience in working with dispersed teams.

Good to have:

  • Certifications or training in Adobe Google Salesforce.
  • Experience in a financial brand consulting or IT services environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology and business strategies.
