We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Beef Cutter. This individual will adhere to safety and hygiene regulations maintain the cleanliness of the workspace and commit to providing only the highestquality cuts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Properly and safely use butcher equipment e.g. knives saws wrapping machines.
• Efficiently cut and trim meat to standard guidelines.
• Follow sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work area.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in a butcher shop or related field.
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
• High level of manual dexterity to effectively handle cutting tools.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items.
