We are in search of a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Beef Cutter in Egersund. The ideal candidate will adhere to workplace safety and hygiene regulations ensure cleanliness of the workspace and be committed to delivering only the best quality cuts. Experience is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate butcher equipment such as knives saws wrapping machines.
• Carry out cutting and trimming of meat according to standard specifications.
• Abide by sanitation protocols to maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist customers at the counter respond to inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a large scalebutcheringoperations or similar environment.
• Sound knowledge of meat preparation methods and types of cuts.
• Great manual dexterity for handling cutting tools effectively.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment.
