Job Details:
- Experience: Minimum 3yrs of sales in Life Insurance in Agency channel
- CTC Bracket: upto 7LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Pondicherry
- Applicant must be a localite
- Must a have a two wheeler
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for recruiting a team of Leaders who will recruit agents and will source direct business
- Strategizing about how to drive sales within the available product range and territory based on regional planning
