Bonus potential: $5700/year
Total Compensation Potential is $117000/year based on performance.

Job Summary:
Ingram Interactive a leading automotive industry company seeksa highly motivated and experienced BDC/Internet Director for a client.As the BDC/Internet Director you will oversee and manage our Business Development Center (BDC) operations. You will play a crucial role in driving sales enhancing customer experience and optimizing the efficiency of our BDC/Internet department.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure adherence to the processes and policies to maximize the performance of the BDC/Internet department
• Lead and manage a team of BDC representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage the Internet Sales Managers within the Internet Department
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers to build strong relationships and enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the BDC operations
• Train mentor and motivate BDC representatives to enhance their skills and performance
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of the BDC department and present findings to the management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Pass a background and drug test
