Battery Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• An electrical engineer, energy engineer, renewable energy engineer or mechatronics engineer with 1-3 year of experience
• Someone with a proven record of experience in energy storage, electrical protection, designing and making wiring diagrams and harnesses, electrical simulation. Experience in 3D CAD design design tools is a plus.
• Someone with experience in sizing DC cabling and protection components for non-steady state systems.
• A self-initiator who is naturally energized by new ideas and insights from others, able to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time.
• Up-to date on latest technologies to continue to accelerate in-house technology development that will provide benefits in the ways of safety, reliability and cost
• Experience in using design, implementation and simulation tools such as AutoCAD, Solid works, Inventor, Ansys or Simulink is a plus
