Responsibilities:
Your duties as Service/Barista include the following but not exclusively:
- Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers
- Providing excellent customer service serving food and drinks cashiering taking orders receiving feedback
- Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas bar and service counters immediate surrounding areas
- Reporting to and advising management of service and bar related issues
- Development and contributing to food & drink programs
- Regular stock monitoring and reporting
- Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc bar staff regarding standing operational procedures
- Assist with and ensuring smooth operations
