NDI Barber/Beautician
Indianapolis, IN 46218
Neuro Diagnostic Institute has a need for 1 barber/beautician
Hours and times: 3-6 hours per week one day a week
Must present current license and be CPR certified (if not certified the hospital can certify them free of charge)
Use own instruments and products
Attend an orientation to the hospital (this will be handled by the Rehabilitation Therapy Department)
Indiana Barber's license
CPR certification
Supply own tools and products
Hep B acceptance or declination documentation and PPD (1 test within 1 year and 1 test within 90 days OR chest x-ray within 1 year specifically for TB diagnosis). Do you accept this requirement?
Must present current license and be CPR certified.
