Are you looking for a permanent job in Southern Spain
For our client an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella Spain we are looking for an experienced Bar Manager.
Information and Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must have at least four years of work experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
• At least two additional years of experience in a management position
• Ability to organize work and experience in leading a big team (10 staff)
• Experience in supervision of daily bar operations
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and highvolume environment
• Financial management skills and the ability to achieve planned cost percentages
• Knowledge of inventory management as well as proven methods for increasing sales
• Implementation of hygiene and safety regulations
• Proactivity in resolving guest and staff complaints
• An advanced level of English is required
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
About the job:
Fulltime permanent position
Start date: 1st of May
If you are moving from abroad you will be provided with a permanent accommodation (up to 500 € per month)
Salary for this Bar Manager role will be from 3.500 € gross per month for 40 hours per week
Salary is paid monthly
Your duties will be: maintaining the highest level of customer service supporting General Manager in planning organising and leading the restaurant’s operations leading coaching and training the bar team overseeing recruitment and training of the bar team setting high cleanliness standards take actions to minimise wastage and breakages of all bar items responsible for ordering and control of stock (beverages glassware crockery and bar equipment)
