1. Staff Management:

• Recruit hire train and manage bar staff including bartenders servers and barbacks.
• Develop staff schedules monitor performance and provide training and feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among the bar staff.

1. Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent customer service by training staff in proper guest interaction handling customer complaints and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Interact with guests take orders and engage in conversation to enhance the guest experience.

1. Bar Operations:

• Oversee all aspects of bar operations including opening and closing procedures ensuring cleanliness and organization and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure an adequate stock of beverages mixers garnishes and other barrelated items.

1. Menu Development:

• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update beverage menus incorporating trending drinks and seasonal offerings.

1. Financial Management:

• Create and manage budgets monitor expenses and work to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales data track trends and identify opportunities to increase sales and minimize costs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of alcohol inventory sales and customer interactions as required by local laws.

1. Promotions and Marketing:

• Plan and execute promotions events and marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to promote the bars offerings.

1. Training and Development:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry with a focus on bar operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Indepth knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages drink preparation techniques and current trends.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage a busy environment effectively.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software.
• Understanding of local alcohol laws health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
