We are looking for an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of practice in bankruptcy law. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bankruptcy proceedings excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of providing highquality legal representation to clients facing financial distress.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in bankruptcy proceedings including Chapter 7 Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients financial situations to determine the most appropriate course of action.
  • Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions motions and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings negotiations and meetings with creditors.
  • Advise clients on bankruptcy alternatives such as debt consolidation or restructuring when applicable.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys paralegals and legal staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of bankruptcy cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files documentation and billing records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients creditors and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional client service and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
  • Indepth knowledge of bankruptcy laws regulations and procedures.
  • Strong analytical research and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
