Banking | Head Legal & Compliance | Vaduz | Perm. | 100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 160 000+
Tasks
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across locations and business areas on various topics
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement measures
- Responsible for the due diligence towards the authorities
- Risk review of new clients and complex structures
- Draft and implement legal directives
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Min. 5 years of PQE in a management position
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Legal degree, additional certifications are an advantage
- In-depth experience with compliance and banking laws and regulations (CH & LIE)
