Set up the kitchen for the donut and pastry process, and clean the kitchen before departure in accordance with the cleaning chart.
Measure & weigh the flour and other ingredients to prepare dough for mixing.Make the dough by combining ingredients in the mixer. Set a timer for the period the dough is in the mixer and change speeds of the mixer so dough is mixed properly. Cut the donuts, proof the donuts, fry the donuts, and glaze and tray the donuts in accordance with instruction and training, for each type of donut.. Follow the chart outlining the number of each type of donut to make for each store. Fill in the production chart, outlining the number of donuts sent to each store.Make icing and filling for the fill and ice donuts.Coordinate with front staff the fulfillment of orders. Properly package the donuts for pickup time. Maintain production records.Develop new recipes for fried and baked goods.Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary
