BACKEND Software Architect

Tasks

As Backend Software Architect (all genders) you will create develop and implementing reusable backend components for all areas of our company

• You constantly improve the user experience in close cooperation with your colleagues from customer service design and conception
• You create automated deployment solutions reusable packages and tests and thus help us to optimize our technical processes
• You develop and communicate successfully concepts and technical guidelines to the development team
• You ensure that the software meets all requirements of quality security modifiability scalability

Requirements

• completed school education (computer science ISCED level 5 HTL ITKolleg University or University of Applied Sciences)
• solid knowledge in following languages
• PostgreSQL (3 years of experience)
• Ruby (3 years of experience)
• Ruby on Rails (3 years of experience)
• Elixir
• OOP (object oriented programming language)
• profound handling of UNIX operating system (BSD Linux etc.)
• 3 years proven experience as backend software developer

in addition we value the following skills and knowledge:

• WebApplications
• ClientServer models
• AWS
• containerization (docker)
• network architecture (RFC) network protocols (TCP/IP ...)
• GIT
• RESTAPIs and APIs
• and IoT protocols (MQTT...)
• Test automation and unit testing
• TimescaleDB
• IT security basics

We expect a professional experience in that field of at least three years.
