The Role
As the Backend Developer your role will involve handling missioncritical webbased projects for clients of diverse backgrounds and industries. You will take ownership of ensuring topnotch product quality and will be responsible for driving feature delivery from database management to Javascript implementation in an Agile work environment where adaptability and collaboration are key.
- Create innovative product features based on given specifications and requirements.
- Engage in system design actively proposing fresh ideas and optimal implementation methods.
- Address user and QA teamreported bugs promptly.
- Adhere consistently to toptier development practices.
- Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers and Designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend code.
- Continuously improve product performance and scalability through optimization techniques.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.
The Person
- Solid understanding of .NET / C# required including LINQ Generics async operations IoC container dependency injection and SOLID principles with a proven track record of at least 5 years in development.
- Utilize ASP.NET MVC and Web API for REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid proficiency in Frontend technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript AJAX and JQuery.
- AngularJS Knockout React or a comparable clientside framework.
- Proficient in SQL and ObjectRelational Mapping (ORM).
- Proficient in unit testing using NUnit SpecFlow and other similar frameworks.
- JIRA DevOps or any other bug tracking software.
- Proficient in Git Mercurial and TFS.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
