Overview:

The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the organizations back office operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring administrative and support tasks are handled efficiently contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daytoday administrative tasks
  • Managing and maintaining records and documentation
  • Handling communication and correspondence
  • Assisting with data entry and data maintenance
  • Coordinating with other departments for support
  • Processing and managing paperwork
  • Managing inventory and office supplies
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and requests
  • Supporting HR with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with financial recordkeeping
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks
  • Handling scheduling and calendar management
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of information

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience in back office operations or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with basic financial and accounting principles
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to the role

Monday to Friday Working 7:30PM To 4:30 AM (USA Time Zone Shift)
