Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document management.
- Maintain and update company databases with accurate information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing company events meetings and conferences.
- Support other team members with adhoc tasks as required.
