Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Back-end Developer;
- 1+ year as a Team Lead;
- Extensive coding experience;
- Experience with REST APIs, GIT, Jira;
- Proven experience with HTML5, CSS3 i SASS, React, Redux & Hooks;
- Fluent English;
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team and a strong sense of project ownership;
About the position:
- Doing code review for the team members;
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging;
- Holding daily meetings and planning sessions;
- Maintaining strong code quality across the team and adhering to coding standard;
- Perform tests to optimize performance;
- Establishing a team development plan.
