- Provides subject matter expertise internally for ISO 20022 training and the preparation of proposals for CBPR and Fed Now payment messaging requirements.
- Provided detailed subject matter expertise to the clients Professional Services team in the preparation of a proposal for the addition of a new branch entity for an existing international bank customer of the client.
- Provided detailed subject matter expertise to business analysts and development teams relating to the introduction of SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging.
- As a member of the management team for the migration of outsourced custody processing for a customer of a major US bank to a new BIC Code:
- Worked closely with the banks business application users and technical personnel to identify and document the requirements for migration of messaging activity to the new BIC Code.
