Tasks

As a B2B Sale representatives you will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients and to build an effective longterm relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.

  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone email social networks events etc.)
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals
  • Search for new client leads contact details from online sources like LinkedIn Fundoodata Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker from the HR and Marketing departments of companies
  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct market research and Proposing sales and marketing strategies (analyse competitors efficiency of sales strategies etc.)
  • Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
  • Having effective sales meetings in order to:
  • Understand the brief of the client
  • Position Elemental Studios as the best choice for the client
  • Generate requirements for the Digital Marketing Av or Creative from the client
  • Create presentations based on the client requirements
  • Coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals
  • Negotiate winwin deals
  • Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
  • Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the project
  • Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
  • Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
  • Leading by example and being a teamplayer is a must
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to identify and address obstacles to growth

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing business or equivalent.
  • 2 years of handson sales experience in a B2B role.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Demonstrated ability to use of analytical skills and familiarity with productivity and reporting tools such as MS Office LinkedIn Zoho CRM Asana etc...
  • Proven track record in delivering sales growth
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
