B2B Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our own what. brand to the next level. Until now the responsibility for our own marketing was with the partners and we want to recruit an experienced professional, who would take the lead of our own marketing strategy for what., including the development of our marketing plan & implementation in order to develop our brand, visibility and campaigns.

As part of the role you will lead the growth of the what. brand across all channels (SEO, podcasts, events, email, PR, blogging, personal branding and more).

You will be in touch with all of these working directly with our motivated, talented, distributed team of 50+ people.

Tasks

• Define and lead the implementation of the marketing plan for what.
• Further development of our website, including content marketing, traffic & lead generation (SEO improvements, new content, landing pages, new features, marketing automation)
• Manage live Growth Hacking Meetups and podcasts (screening of startups, event promotion and communication)
• Improving marketing processes
• Personal branding and PR campaigns for the team members and featured projects (e.g. getting interview opportunities, content opportunities, social media, newsletters, blog articles etc)
• Project management - to ensure marketing work gets done, including own time and task management
• Create and implement any new marketing ideas - the sky is the limit here

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an agency setup (deep knowledge of at least one of the marketing channels, e.g. SEO, Email, PR, content marketing)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, its features, advertising & outreach products
• Understanding of branding, positioning and value proposition
• Doer attitude and strong problem solving skills
• Organizational talent
• Leadership
• Ability to think strategically and understand the broader context of business
• Active listening skills
• Growth mindset
• Completed degree in business administration or a related field, or relevant practical experience
• Excellent Business English (C1), German is advantageous
