Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support Excellence: Your primary responsibility as a B2 GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor is to deliver topnotch support to our Germanspeaking clients. Utilize a variety of communication channels such as email chat and phone to assist clients with inquiries resolve issues and provide solutions promptly and effectively.
  2. Software Assistance: Provide expert assistance to clients with softwarerelated queries including troubleshooting technical issues and explaining software functionalities in German. Collaborate closely with our internal technical teams to ensure that complex issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services to provide accurate information and support to clients. Stay informed about product updates new features and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.
  4. Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or management as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and client retention.
  5. Feedback Collection: Actively gather and document client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement proactive measures and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service particularly within the software industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
