Job Description :
- Plan and execute the migration of projects repositories build and release pipelines artifacts and user permissions from one Azure DevOps environment to another.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Azure DevOps setup to identify dependencies and potential challenges.
- Develop a detailed migration plan including timelines milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with development testing and operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of work.
- Implement best practices for Azure DevOps configurations to optimize the new environment.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration process and provide timely resolutions.
- Document the migration process and provide training and support to team members on the new environment.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and maintain data integrity during the migration.
