Azure Focus**

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer specializing in Azure you will be responsible for architecting implementing and managing our cloud infrastructure to support global operations. This role demands deep knowledge of Azures foundational services landing zone architecture and expertise across the Azure environment. Utilizing advanced experience with Terraform including Terraform Cloud (TFC) Terraform Sentinel policies and module creation you will drive efficient and secure infrastructure as code practices. This position requires autonomy in project management the ability to selffacilitate work and delegate tasks effectively within our team and to other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Stakeholder Collaboration:** Regularly meet with stakeholders to understand their requirements and demands translating business needs into technical solutions within the Azure cloud environment.

**Azure Infrastructure Development:** Further investigate and utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) through Terraform to build and enhance the Azure foundation ensuring scalability reliability and security.

**Training and Development:** Build out comprehensive training plans for internal and external teams at various skill levels to ensure uptodate knowledge of Azure services and best practices in cloud architecture.

**Monitoring and Communication:** Integrate and monitor the foundations of Azure to effectively communicate with CHS users when systems or Azure services are experiencing downtime ensuring transparency and minimal disruption.

**Disaster Recovery and High Availability Planning:** Work through the development and testing of disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) plans to ensure resilience and continuity of services in any scenario.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and management with a strong focus on Azure.

Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code including experience with TFC and Terraform Sentinel.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects selfdirect work and delegate tasks effectively.

Proficient in stakeholder management with a knack for translating business needs into technical solutions.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).

Proficiency in Azure DevOps Git AWS Agile methodologies and operating systems (Windows and Linux).

Experience in cloud security compliance disaster recovery and high availability strategies.

Leadership or mentorship experience with a proven track record of developing training programs for diverse skill levels.
