Job Description: Senior AWS Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Developer with at least 7 years of experience in application development on the AWS platform. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of orchestration components such as Lambda Step Functions EventBridge and CloudWatch. Proficiency in GitHub and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for deploying AWS components is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
designing developing and deploying applications on AWS using best practices.
Implementing orchestration workflows utilizing Lambda Step Functions EventBridge and CloudWatch.
Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for AWS component deployment using GitHub.
Leveraging AWS services such as Glue RedShift EC2 S3 and Athena to build scalable and efficient solutions.
demonstrating strong SQL knowledge for data manipulation and querying.
being open to learning new technologies and tools to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.
communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) Data Lakes (DL) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) concepts would be an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in AWS.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in application development on the AWS platform.
Proficiency in orchestration components like Lambda Step Functions EventBridge and CloudWatch.
Strong understanding of GitHub and experience with CI/CD pipelines for AWS deployments.
Handson experience with AWS services such as Glue RedShift EC2 S3 and Athena.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Good SQL knowledge for data manipulation and querying.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
AWS certification is preferred.
