Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) International Market

Experience: 5 years

Location: Bangalore (onsite)

Position Summary:

As Assistant Vice President (AVP) of International Market in the medical devices industry you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the companys presence and sales in global markets.

This role involves market analysis identifying opportunities building relationships with key stakeholders overseeing international market and ensuring compliance with regulations in various countries.

Additionally in International Market you may collaborate with other departments such as marketing product development and regulatory affairs to tailor products and strategies for specific international markets.

Your strategic planning and leadership will be key in developing and executing sales plans that expand customer base and solidify existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the medical devices industry.

Foster a competitive yet collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations product offerings and customer needs.

Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree.

Minimum of 5 years of medical devices sales experience in the international market.

Proven track record of achieving sales growth.

Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
