Avaloq ACP Developer

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global IT consultancy company. Together were looking for a certifiedAvaloq (ACP) Developer to join the team in an office in London. The successful employee willcontribute to the successful development implementation and documentation of features within the Avaloq Banking System promoting efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Position: Avaloq (ACP) Developer

Location: London UK

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop detailed technical designs for new features or adaptations in the Avaloq Banking System ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices
• Provide accurate effort estimations for both design and implementation work facilitating effective project planning and resource allocation
• Execute the implementation of new and adapted features in the Avaloq Banking System adhering to the Avaloq coding style to ensure consistency and maintainability
• Perform parametrization work in Avaloq Central Platform (ACP) utilizing Avaloq Scripting to configure and customize the system based on business requirements
• Create comprehensive documentation for developed features configurations and scripts ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent command of English
• Ability to take on a job legally in the UK without legal support
• Possess Avaloq certification validating expertise and proficiency in Avaloq Banking System development and parametrization
• Proven experience as an Avaloq (ACP) Developer
• Knowledge and experience with the ICE framework showcasing the ability to leverage its features for efficient development and customization tasks
• Strong understanding and practical experience in utilizing the Avaloq Banking System parametrization framework for effective configuration and adaptation of the system
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Java or Angular are nice to have
