- 6 to 10 year experience on managing video conferencing equipment & devices.
- Provide administration monitoring and support of video conferencing services.
- Administration and deploy improvements to the inhouse studio.
- Works with engineers to identify the design needs for cost effective conferencing and A/V solutions.
- Assess test and manage all video equipment hardware and software upgrades.
- Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
- Works with training department to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.
