AUTOSAR Engineer

Job Description (Day to Day Responsibilities):

AUTOSAR engineer will help in configuring the vector AUTOSAR stack and help in maintaining the stack for changes.

Specific Tasks:

• Support and mentor new engineers through training reviews and collaboration.
• Configure Vector AUTOSAR stack for internal ECU module per customer expectation.
• Maintain and update AUTOSAR stack per changes coming in (internal and external) to update the ECU module
• Work directly with customers and suppliers to develop and manage designs requirements specifications etc.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams through sprint planning daily standups retrospectives sprint reviews and daily standups.
• Support engineering in new product development and managing lessons learned.
• Write C Code to meet functional and technical specifications.
• Perform peer reviews on all artifacts during the lifecycle of a project.
• Code compliance to MISRAC CERTC and customer coding guidelines.
• Create and maintain software architecture and detail designs.
• Support Test Lab functional test requirements.
• Support manufacturing regarding inline product testing methods specifications and equipment selection.
• Investigate alternative suppliers of electronic content for nondirectedbuy suppliers for future products.
• Evaluate assess and troubleshoot electronics content contained in core product base.

Required Capabilities (How will we measure fit):

• Strong understanding and experience of AUTOSAR concepts
• Led and/or Participated in multiple AUTOSAR configuration/integration ECUs
• Experience in using Vector Davinci or similar tools for AUTOSAR
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and ASPICE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer or Electrical Engineering Bachelor of Computer Science or related field
• Software design experience is preferred
• 5 years of work experience automotive experience is preferred
• Ability to launch and lead software development with some supervision
• Ability to work with Global Teams
