Responsibility
Drive sales team as team leader towards short term (revenue/DW target for respective year)/long term (5 years strategy) goal.
Establish account strategy incl. long term (5 years) plan in corporate with OEM account sales business development marketing and report to entire organization.
Set up team required to deploy account strategy.
Encourage/motivate team member and manage each sales staff
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in account sales position in Automotive industry as team/group leader position.
English communication skill to perform presentation to audience inside/outside of Japan.
Preferred to have experience in semiconductor industry.
