Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems
• Diagnose maintain and repair various automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service requirements and provide estimates for additional repairs
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Service Technician experience
• ASE Certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and customer service mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license
• Proficiency in math reading and computer skills
• Willingness to learn new technology repair and service procedures
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
