Experienced Automotive Service Dispatcher

Green Ford is now hiring an experienced Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our team.

Requirements

• Must possess a high level of technician retention.
  
• Maintain an organized dispatch system I real time repair log.
  
• Be commensurately intuitive when assigning service work to the appropriate technicians.
  
• Ensure proper repair order documentation i.e. complaint cause and correction noted on every repair order with punch time for each operation.
  
• Ensures that technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures.
  
• Prepares estimates when required.
  
• Maintains timely and professional contact with customers throughout their service experience. When required.
  
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a satisfactory driving record.
