- Robot Simulation & Human Simulation: Proficiency in both areas.
- Sequence of Operation: Able to prepare and validate the sequence of operations.
- Body Shop Exposure: Experience in body shop operations.
- BIW Panel Assemblies: Strong knowledge of BIW panel assemblies and processes.
- Ergonomic & Safety Standards: Proficiency in ergonomic and safety standards.
- Fixture Concept Design: Knowledge of fixture concept design.
- Cell Building & Plant Layout: Experience in Cell Building and Plant Layout Creation.
- Robot Reachability Study: Conducting robot reachability studies.
- Weld Balance: Basic knowledge of weld balance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Ability to perform concern root cause analysis.
Software Knowledge: Process Simulate Excel PowerPoint.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
