Automotive Logistics Coordinator

• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and manage the endtoend supply chain processes including procurement inventory management and distribution of automotive products.
• Transportation Coordination: Arrange and manage transportation logistics for incoming and outgoing vehicles ensuring timely deliveries and optimal routing to minimize costs.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory control measures to manage stock levels effectively conducting regular audits and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and accessories.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of logistics personnel providing guidance training and support to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization cost reduction and efficiency enhancement within the logistics function implementing best practices accordingly.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation related to transportation inventory and supply chain activities.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as an Automotive Logistics Coordinator within the logistics or supply chain management field.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes including transportation inventory management and vendor relations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
