Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Automotive BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers understanding their needs and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone email and online chat.
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
  • Provide information on vehicle features pricing and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage further engagement.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.





Requirements


Qualifications

  • Previous experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services
  • Goaloriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Computer and internet skills required
  • Ability to follow through on leads and close sales
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Positive cando attitude
  • Teamoriented
  • Callcenter experience not required but preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
